During these 30 days, your payment will be on hold in the bank account.
TERMS OF PROGRAM
BSV Transport Ltd agrees vehicles that meet the following criteria will be bought back from the private party/company under the Money Back Guarantee Program:
THE POLICY COVERS
– Refund will only include the purchase price of the vehicle and the shipping cost, not to exceed the purchase price of the vehicle as calculated on the purchase date.
– Any fees including but not limited to buy payment processing fees, taxes, or reconditioning fees are not reimbursable.
INELIGIBLE VEHICLES
– Vehicles sold “As Is”
– Vehicles with more than 10 Owners
– Vehicles with mileage in excess of 450,000 kilometres
– Vehicles with sale prices greater than $150,000.00
– Vehicles in excess of 7,000 kg GVW
– Specialty inventory including but not limited to damaged vehicles, off road vehicles, ATVs, buses, equipment, forklifts, heavy duty trucks, marine, medium duty trucks, power sports and snowmobiles.
– Vehicles with structural damage
– True kilometres Unknown
MONEY BACK TERMS
By purchasing money back guarantee on a vehicle, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions:
– The request for money back must be initiated by the buyer by emailing support@bsvtransport.com.au no later than the 28th calendar day from the arrival day date of the vehicle.
– Buyer must not have transferred or sold the vehicle to a third person or entity at any time after the Online purchase date.
It will take approximately 5 days to confirm vehicle eligibility for money back. A third party inspection will be ordered and reviewed by the guarantor to validate the condition versus the vehicle details at time of online purchase. Conditions for eligibility of money back include:
– Vehicle must not have more than 2,500 additional kilometres on the odometer than at online purchase date.
– Vehicle condition must be the same as indicated on Vehicle Details Page at the time of purchase.
– Once you back is approved, the buyer will be notified and refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
– Vehicle will remain at Buyer’s address after being repurchased under the money back guarantee program until the vehicle is picked up by an agent (a period of maximum 5 day5 after the buyer’s receipt of refund), and the Buyer must support the re-marketing process as necessary, including granting inspection access, providing photographs, facilitating vehicle pickup.
– The Buyer is responsible for damage or loss of the vehicle after it has been repurchased until it is picked up from his address.
– BSV Transport Ltd reserves the right to limit the number of vehicles for which any buyer may benefit the money back policy.
